I'd
like to think when life is done
That I
had filled a needed post.
That
here and there I'd paid my fare
With
more than idle talk and boast.
That I
had taken gifts divine,
The
breath of Life and Manhood fine,
And
tried to use them now and then
In
service for my fellow Men.

Dear Bob;
As we reach the end of our course, we would like to express
our thanks and appreciation to the Staff at REDTI.
You took us safely through the turns on the 13-week haul from
Fife to Midland and together we ate some cones and polished a few curbs along
the way. We all had our triumphs and challenges as the course progressed. We
appreciate the friendly encouragement and good humour that helped us relax and
improve, and also added fun to learning process.
Thanks for all you have taught us and for preparing us to
continue to learn more in the time ahead.
With our best wished in your future endeavours,

I awoke
one night after a real strange dream
A
burning desire to drive a big machine
I
searched and I searched but no job could I find
I
begged, I pleaded and ended up on my behind
Then it
struck me like I was a Weisenheimer
Give
your head a shake boy and go see Reimer
I
studied and crammed, even ground a few gears
Rubbed
a few curbs then perked up my ears
Things
got smoother the longer I went
Nothing
got scratched or even bent
They
promised my license as grim as it seemed
Man
they had patience, they never got steamed
I owe
them my gratitude and lots of thanks
Because
without them I wouldn't be driving these tanks
