- Do I really need a Grade 12 Education to attend your program?
No. However, the Transportation Industry is getting more complex each day
so the better the education the better the chance for success you have.
- What funding is available?
Manitoba Educational and Training services are available
depending on the eligibility for those qualified. In addition, you may
qualify under the Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation funding.
- How long is the program?
The course is 8 weeks long. The first two weeks are in the classroom
from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The next six weeks consists of In-the-Cab practical
sessions training from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- What type of equipment is available?
We have 8 late model Volvo's and Mack's with the latest
technology and 8 - 48 and 53 foot trailers.
- Do you guarantee jobs?
Although we do not guarantee jobs, we have an excellent job placement
assistance program. In addition, graduates from our Training Institute receive
one of the best and most widely recognized training programs in the Trucking

- Is a medical required prior to enrollment?
Yes, a medical is required by the Manitoba Motor Vehicle Branch to acquire
your Class 1 instruction permit.
- What are the pre-requisites to enroll?
You have to be 18 years of age to work in Canada and 21 years of age to
work in the USA so you must be at least 18 to take the course. You must have
an acceptable Driver's Abstract in keeping with current industry standards.
You must also have a valid Class V drivers license and pass the provincial
medical exam. You have to obtain your Class 1 and Air Brake
Instruction permits. All Students must have an English benchmark of 6 in
speaking, reading and comprehension.
